much of Eastern Oklahoma.

DISCUSSION...
Gusty north-northwest winds continue today and tonight with gusts
between 20 and 30 mph. With the much colder air filtering into
the region, temperatures today are forecast to be 25 to 30
degrees colder compared to Saturday. A Freeze Warning remains in
effect for all of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas tonight
and Monday morning for temperatures as low as 19 degrees. This is
a hard to locally killing freeze for outdoor vegetation.
Additionally, wind chill values fall into the teens and 20s late
tonight and Monday morning, with a few locations in northwest
Arkansas potentially falling briefly into the single digits.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
After another chilly day Monday, breezy south winds will help
temperatures warm back to near or above average by mid to late
week. Predominantly dry conditions are likely through the work
week. The next disturbance is projected to approach the region by
the weekend bringing at least low rain chances back to the
forecast areawide.

  vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
