Areas of dense fog may persist across parts of southeast Oklahoma early this morning ahead of a cold front that will move south across the area this morning. Following the passage of the cold front, north winds may gust to near 30 miles an hour at times today across parts of eastern Oklahoma. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
