...WINDY CONDITIONS EXPECTED THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT IN AREAS
OF SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON AND NORTH CENTRAL AND
NORTHEAST OREGON...

.A strong cold front will continue to surge eastward across the
Cascades tonight. Strong southerly winds have occurred across the
Grand Ronde Valley ahead of the front, with strong west to
southwest winds expected to overspread other areas overnight in
the wake of the front. Wind gusts could exceed 50 mph in a few
locations.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM PST WEDNESDAY...

* WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* TIMING...Winds will continue to increase tonight, peaking late
  this evening into the overnight hours.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may cause loose lightweight objects to
  become airborne. Minor damage to trees and weak vegetation may
  occur. Travel in high profile vehicles will be difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of at least 35 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
