This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Pennsylvania,
western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

   Flood Watch.

Showers and thunderstorms will continue into this evening. Some
storms may be severe with heavy rainfall and flooding possible.
Damaging wind gusts will be the main threat, though tornadoes are
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Strong wind gusts are possible Friday with probability of exceeding
Wind Advisory criteria (46 mph) around 50-70%. Wind headlines may be
needed.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
  areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum
  and Noble, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny,
  Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of
  Indiana, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Indiana, Washington and
  Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the following areas,
  Brooke, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Ridges of Eastern
  Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Periods of heavy rainfall are expected as a west-east band of
    thunderstorms is expected into the evening hours.  Widespread
    rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected, with localized higher
    amounts around 3 inches.
