   Winter Storm Warning.

A gusty northwest wind of 25 to 35 mph and very cold air Monday
into Tuesday in the wake of the Winter Storm will lead to wind
chills as low as 10 below zero in the valleys Monday night and 15 to
20 below zero across the northern and Western Mountains, where gusts
up to 40 mph are likely.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
1 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow, mixing with or possibly changing to sleet
  Sunday afternoon and evening, especially south of the Turnpike.
  Total snow and sleet accumulations between 9 and 13 inches,
  possibly topped by light glazing of ice.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread
  and prolonged travel disruptions are expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will overspread the area Saturday night,
  becoming heavy at times through Sunday with accumulation rates of
  one to two inches per hour at times. Snow may mix with or even
  change to sleet near and south of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Sunday
  afternoon and evening, which may cut down on total snow
  accumulations. Frigid temperatures and wind chills are expected
  before, during, and after the winter storm. Some blowing and
  drifting snow is possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use extreme caution
if travel is absolutely necessary.
