Total snow accumulations up to three inches, with higher amounts possible on ridgetops. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates >1" are likely this evening as cold air surges in and changes rain to snow in the wake of a cold front.
