  Northwestern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  South central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1145 PM EDT.

* At 743 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Rain rates of around one inch
  per hour will continue for some areas. This will cause flooding in
  the advisory area, especially in urban and poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Chester,
  Pennsville, Yeadon, Carneys Point, Conshohocken, Folcroft,
  Swarthmore, Elsmere, Paulsboro, New Castle, Penns Grove, Narberth,
  National Park, East Lansdowne and Delaware City.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
