This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Pennsylvania and
northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Daily mean temperatures are forecast to remain low enough Saturday
through Tuesday to potentially impact regional infrastructure, such
as frozen pipes, and putting a strain on the energy grid.

A winter storm may result in advisory to warning level snow amounts
Saturday night and Sunday. There is low confidence currently on snow
amounts or storm track, but the potential is there.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected, with some freezing rain also possible. Total
  snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches. A glaze of ice possible. Winds
  gusting as high as 45 mph across eastern Tucker county.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher
  Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern
  Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
  commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
