...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM WEDNESDAY TO 10 AM
EST THURSDAY...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Pennsylvania and
western Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Winter Weather Advisory.

A system impacting the region Wednesday through Thursday will
bring 2 to 5 inches across the northern counties.

Daily mean temperatures are forecast to remain low enough Friday
through Monday or Tuesday to potentially impact regional
infrastructure, such as frozen pipes, and putting a strain on the
energy grid.

A potential winter storm will bring some snow accumulation to the
area by Saturday night and continue into Sunday night. There is low
confidence currently on snow amounts.

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and western Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
  commutes.
