This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected through this
evening. The main hazards expected with this activity are cloud- to-
ground lightning and locally heavy rainfall. However, an isolated
severe storm cannot be entirely ruled out. Any storm that manages to
become severe will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts.
