  James River At Columbia
  James River Near Stratford
  James River At Ashton

.The following river forecasts include forecast precipitation through
the next 24 hours. Any additional future precipitation could affect
the forecasts.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...Flood waters can be very dangerous. Never drive
across a flooded road. Turn around don`t drown!

* Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remain near 18.6 feet.
* At 18.5 feet...The water reaches the bottom of the bridge at the
  gauging location on Brown County 16.

* Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remain near 18.6 feet this
  afternoon. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* At 18.5 feet...395th Avenue is flooded and the road and bridge on
  146th Street is under water.
