This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Iowa,
west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska,
central South Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central
South Dakota, and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Patchy light snow and blowing snow will occasionally reduce the
visibility to around a mile this morning, with the better chance
in parts of southwest Minnesota and northwest Iowa. Otherwise,
wind chills will average 10 below to 20 below today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Northwest winds will gust to 40 to 50 mph again on Sunday and if
snow can develop, reduced visibility and hazardous travel are
possible. Sunday night into Monday morning, wind chills will
average 15 below to 25 below.
