Otherwise, wind chills will average 10 below to 20 below today. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Northwest winds will gust to 40 to 50 mph again on Sunday and if snow can develop, reduced visibility and hazardous travel are possible.
