A Fire Weather Watch is still in effect from Friday afternoon through Friday evening. * Timing...For the Red Flag Warning, from 12 PM to 8 PM Thursday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Friday afternoon through Friday evening. * Wind...On Thursday, southwest at 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. On Friday, southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * Humidity...Ranging from 5 to 10 percent on Thursday, and ranging from 7 to 13 percent on Friday. * Fuels...Critically dry. * Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is discouraged. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly.
