Scattered thunderstorms are forecast to move into western portions of the area late this afternoon and evening, mainly west of a line from Tulia...to Littlefield...to Denver City. Some storms may be severe, capable of producing damaging wind gusts up to 65 mph, in addition to locally heavy rainfall. Reductions in visibility from blowing dust can be expected on the Caprock this afternoon and early evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Additional thunderstorm chances will continue each afternoon and evening from Tuesday through Thursday, primarily to the west of the I-27 corridor.
