This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast New
Mexico, southwest Texas, and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Areas of fog are expected by late evening, continuing through
tonight, east of the mountains of southeast New Mexico and southwest
Texas. Fog could become locally dense with visibilities reduced to
1/4 mile.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Locally dense fog is possible Tuesday morning east of the mountains.
The fog should burn off by mid-day.

Strong, gusty northwest winds are expected behind a cold front
moving through the area Thursday. Areas of blowing dust will be
