...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Neches River At Rockland affecting Tyler, Angelina and Jasper
  Counties.

  Neches River Near Alto affecting Anderson, Angelina, Cherokee and
  Houston Counties.

  Neches River Near Diboll affecting Trinity, Angelina and Polk
  Counties.

  Neches River Near Neches affecting Anderson and Cherokee Counties.

For the Neches River...including Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland...
Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Alto.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding of the
  heavily wooded floodplain. Boat ramps and picnic areas will be
  completely inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 PM CDT Saturday was 18.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 16.7 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    18.1 feet on 03/04/1997.

  Trinity River near Crockett affecting Walker, Houston, Madison
  and Trinity Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor,
Goodrich, Moss Bluff, Liberty...Major flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River near Crockett.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 41.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins in the
  vicinity of the gage creating problems for cattle ranches and
  prison farms. Livestock may need to be removed from low-lying
  areas in the floodplain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 42.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 PM CDT Saturday was 43.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue falling to 28.5 feet Thursday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    42.2 feet on 05/21/2015.
