This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Louisiana, south central Louisiana, southwest Louisiana, west
central Louisiana, and southeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected again today and
this evening. The main threats will be brief heavy rainfall and
frequent lightning, while small hail and wind gusts to 40 mph
cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Drier and warmer conditions are expected through the coming week
as high pressure aloft begins to build over the region. High
temperatures will gradually increase to the mid to upper 90s,
especially across central Louisiana and interior southeast Texas,
by Saturday.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
