This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Southeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight
Low temperature at or slightly below freezing are possible tonight generally
near and to the north of a College Station to Conroe to Romayor line.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday
Low temperature at or slightly below freezing are possible again Monday
night generally near and to the north of a College Station to Conroe
to Romayor line. Wind advisories might be needed on Thursday and maybe
Thursday night after the passage of a cold front.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be needed.

River...Trinity River...West Fork San Jacinto.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons are urged to stay away from the river until water levels recede.

Motorists should avoid any water covered roads and find an alternate route.

Livestock and equipment should remain out of the flood plain for the next few
days.

* At 0915 AM Sunday the stage was 27.6 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 29.5 feet by Wednesday early
  afternoon. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* At 29.0 feet...Major lowland flooding begins as homes in several subdivisions
  above Liberty begin flooding. Extensive flooding over much of Liberty County
  can be expected with each incremental rise in the river.

  in the vicinity of the gage..

* At 0942 AM Sunday the stage was 53.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 58.0 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Tuesday afternoon and continue to rise to
  near 58.2 feet by early Wednesday morning. The river will fall below flood
  stage by late Wednesday morning.
* At 58.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the gage with
  minor roads such as Chinquapin and Riverside Roads beginning to flood.
