* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...All of South Central Texas

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog will become dense early this morning,
  particularly over the Hill Country and Edwards Plateau.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
