This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern West
Virginia, northern and central Virginia, and central and western
Maryland.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Severe thunderstorms are possible today, most likely between 2 PM
and 7 PM. Severe thunderstorms may be capable of producing
damaging wind gusts of 60 to 70 mph, a few instances of large
hail, and a few tornadoes which could even be strong.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible on Friday into Friday night
on the Blue Ridge and in the Potomac Highlands, which could lead
to isolated wind damage and power outages.
