...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in
Maryland...West Virginia...Virginia...

  Potomac River at Shepherdstown affecting Washington...Berkeley and
  Jefferson Counties
  Potomac River at Point of Rocks affecting Frederick and Loudoun
  Counties
  Potomac River at Edwards Ferry affecting Montgomery and Loudoun
  Counties
  Potomac River at Little Falls affecting Montgomery...Fairfax and
  Loudoun Counties
  Shenandoah River at Millville affecting Clarke...Warren and
  Jefferson Counties
  Opequon Creek near Martinsburg affecting Berkeley and Jefferson

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Potomac River at Point of Rocks.
* Until Monday morning.
* At 9 AM Sunday the stage was 17.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at
  9 AM Sunday was 17.3 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 17.4 feet by
  mid-afternoon today. The river will fall below flood stage
  overnight tonight.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet...Water enters the comfort station at the
  Brunswick boat ramp parking area.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.2 feet
  on Oct 31 2012.

  The Potomac River at Edwards Ferry.
* Until Monday evening.
* At 9 AM Sunday the stage was 17.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Recent activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at
  9 AM Sunday was 17.8 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 17.9 feet by
  early this afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage
  mid-afternoon tomorrow.
* Impact...At 18.5 feet...The parking lot at Edwards Ferry is
  completely covered by water. The parking lot at Seneca is partially
  flooded.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.6 feet
  on Feb 5 2016.

  The Potomac River at Little Falls.
* From early this evening until late tonight.
* At 9 AM Sunday the stage was 9.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early this evening and crest
  near 10.0 feet by early this evening. The river will fall below
  flood stage by early this evening.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Water begins to overflow the banks into low
  lying areas on the Maryland side of the river near Little Falls.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.3 feet
  on Oct 31 2012.
