...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in
  Potomac River at Edwards Ferry affecting Montgomery and Loudoun

flood deaths result.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Potomac River at Edwards Ferry.
* Until this evening.
* At 1 PM Monday the stage was 15.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at
  1 PM Monday was 15.9 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  late afternoon today.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Water is near the boat ramp and lower
  parking area at Edwards Ferry, and areas near White`s Ferry remain inundated.
