* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
  as 4 below expected. For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to
  30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Essex, Eastern King and Queen, Richmond, Western
  Essex, Western King and Queen, Westmoreland, Lancaster, Middlesex,
  and Northumberland Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 AM Saturday to 10 AM
  EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM to 9 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 4 below zero could result
  in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Gusty winds will blow
  around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few
  power outages may result.
