* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 3 below could result in
  hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM SATURDAY TO 7 PM
EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 1
  and 3 inches Saturday night. A glaze of ice is possible inland
  from the ocean on Sunday before changing to rain. Winds gusting as
  high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Northampton, Hampton/Poquoson, and Norfolk/Portsmouth
  Counties, and Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Saturday to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
