...Nuisance to minor tidal flooding possible tonight and again Monday...

* LOCATION...Locations along the Lower Chesapeake Bay, Back Bay,
Nansemond River, Elizabeth River and Lower James River.

* TIMING...High tides tonight and again late Monday morning.

* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is possible in the most
vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting
in a low threat of property damage. Expect generally less than one
foot of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas.
Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and
lawns near the waterfront may experience shallow flooding.

Time of high total tides are approximate to the nearest hour.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST MONDAY...

* AREAS AFFECTED: Virginia Beach and Currituck County North
  Carolina. Strongest winds expected at the immediate coast and
  along Currituck Sound.

* WINDS: Northeast at 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 to 50 mph.

* TIMING: Overnight.

* IMPACTS: Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
  lines. Scattered power outages will be possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory is issued when sustained winds are forecast to be
31 to 39 mph or gusts will range between 46 and 57 mph. Winds of
these magnitudes may cause minor property damage without extra
precautions. Motorists in high profile vehicles should use
caution until the winds subside.
