FRIDAY MORNING...

* TEMPERATURES...32 degrees or lower.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions may damage sensitive
  vegetation. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the
  cold.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern West Virginia,
northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland
with the exception of Garrett County.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Wind Advisory is in effect today for elevations above 2000 feet.

A Freeze Watch is in effect for late tonight into early Friday from
the I-81 corridor to west of I-95.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Freezing temperatures are likely again late Friday night into
Saturday morning for northern Maryland and the Shenandoah valley.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
