Most areas should see rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, however, localized totals up to 2 to 4 inches or higher are possible with the greatest chance across far SE VA and NE NC. Therefore, localized flash flooding is possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
