This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of USVI.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
the local waters. Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be
prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly
drained areas across St Croix. Urban and small streams flooding
is possible.

.Excessive Heat...Heat index 102-107 degrees across the urban and
coastal areas. Heat exhaustion possible with prolonged exposure.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

A wet and unstable weather pattern is expected to persist through
at least mid-week. A series of troughs will promote thunderstorms
and excessive rainfall across the area, enhancing the potential
for flooding across the islands. The risk of rip current will
range between moderate and high next week from Tuesday onward.

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
