This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of USVI.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated thunderstorms, particularly across the
northern islands, and surrounding waters. Stay alert and be
prepared to take shelter if storms develop.

.Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly
drained areas.

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those
individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors
without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. These
conditions are most likely across most urban and lower elevations
of the islands.

.Wind...Breezy to Windy conditions (23-33 kts | 26-38 mph), with
the greatest risk across St. John and St. Thomas. Outdoor items
could blow around or be damaged.

.Marine Conditions...Small craft should exercise caution,
particularly across all Atlantic and Caribbean waters due to seas
up to 6 feet and winds between 18-25 kts.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone, particularly across the north, east, and southern
beaches of the islands. Isolated stronger rip currents may occur
elsewhere, especially near piers, jetties, and channels.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

There will be a moderate risk of rip currents through the weekend.
An limited heat threat is forecast from Wednesday into Friday
along the islands. Breezy conditions will result in wind driven
seas and hazardous marine conditions for the small craft operators
for most of the period.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
