Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected Thursday from noon through the afternoon hours. While the threat of severe weather is low, some stronger storms are possible with the capability of producing localized heavy rainfall. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Increasing heat and humidity returns for the weekend which could produce heat index values in the low to mid 90s. Take frequent breaks and stay hydrated.
