* WHAT...Stagnant conditions will have potential to trap pollutants
  near the ground with deteriorated air quality.

* WHERE...Sherman Pass, Republic, Wauconda, Boulder Creek Road,
  Oroville, Methow, Tonasket, Entiat, Pangborn Airport, Winthrop,
  Stevens Pass, Chelan, Mazama, Disautel Pass, Number 2 Canyon,
  Inchelium, Plain, Conconully, Leavenworth, Cashmere, Loup Loup
  Pass, Chesaw Road, Nespelem, Bridgeport, Number 1 Canyon,
  Wenatchee, Stehekin, Highway 20 Wauconda Summit, Holden Village,
  Omak, Twisp, Okanogan, and Brewster.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of air stagnation can lead to the buildup of
  pollutants near the surface.
