Areas of fog will continue through late morning for the valleys
of northern Washington into the Idaho Panhandle. The fog will be
locally dense with visibility one quarter mile or less.
Temperatures in many areas are also near the freezing mark, which
could lead to slick conditions on untreated roads.

  near the ground with deteriorated air quality.

  down the Okanogan Valley Thursday bringing the potential for
  temporary improvement to air quality.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Buildup of fine pollution particles can be harmful to those
sensitive to air pollution including people with lung and heart
problems, people with diabetes, children and the elderly.
