Additional snow accumulations of up to 1 foot, and total snow accumulations of 1 to 2 feet at pass level. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades and the Northern and Central Cascades of Oregon. * WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
