Precipitation over the Northland begins in central Minnesota Tuesday afternoon and spreads across the area Tuesday evening. This system will begin as wintry mix of rain, freezing rain, and snow gradually transitioning to heavy, wet snow along with strong winds. Blizzard conditions are expected along the North Shore. A second system Thursday night through early Saturday morning could bring another round of light to moderate snowfall to northwest Wisconsin and portions of northeast Minnesota. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
