Warning for the following rivers in Michigan...Wisconsin...

  Menominee River near McAllister affecting Marinette and Menominee
  Counties.

  Menominee River near Vulcan affecting Dickinson, Marinette and
  Menominee Counties.

  Menominee River near Niagara affecting Dickinson, Florence,
  Marinette and Menominee Counties.

For the Menominee River...including Vulcan, Niagara, McAllister...
Moderate and Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Menominee River near McAllister.

* WHEN...From Monday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Floodwaters are covering River Drive and
  Shore Drive west of Wallace in Menominee County, Michigan and South
  Park Road east of Porterfield in Marinette County. This stage
  compares to a flow of 24240 cubic feet per second at White Rapids
  Dam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.7 feet and rising.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above minor flood stage
    Monday morning then rise above moderate flood stage Wednesday
    morning and continue rising to a crest of 18.5 feet Thursday
    morning.
  - Minor flood stage is 15.0 feet. Moderate flood stage is 18.0
    feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.6
    feet on 04/18/2023.

  Road and Sturgeon Way Road may start to be impacted by floodwaters.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.6 feet and rising.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above minor flood stage
    Monday evening then rise above moderate flood stage Tuesday
    evening and continue rising to a crest of 17.5 feet Wednesday
    morning.
  - Minor flood stage is 15.0 feet. Moderate flood stage is 17.0
    feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.4
    feet on 04/27/1996 and on 04/16/2023.

  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
    Monday evening and continue rising to a crest of 14.5 feet
    Wednesday morning.
  - Minor flood stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.5
    feet on 04/24/2019.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms are expected this morning.
Potential for severe weather is low, but small hail could occur
with the strongest storms.

Elevated water levels continue along many rivers, with minor
flooding occurring on the Wolf River.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Periods of heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected at times from
Monday evening through Wednesday, and again late in the week. There
is a slight risk of severe thunderstorms with large hail and
damaging winds Monday evening, and a marginal risk in parts of
central and east central Wisconsin Tuesday afternoon and evening.

Elevated water levels will continue along many rivers, with minor
flooding on the Wolf River persisting through next week. Runoff
from rainfall and rapid snow melt in the Upper Peninsula will
likely result in minor flooding on the Menominee River by
Tuesday or Wednesday, with moderate flooding possible during the
end of the work week and weekend.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to report any hail or wind gusts greater
than 40 mph to the National Weather Service in Green Bay.
