...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10
AM CST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 15 to 35 below expected.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Dodge, Olmsted, Wabasha, and Winona
  Counties. In Wisconsin, Clark, Taylor, Buffalo, Jackson, and
  Trempealeau Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills will rise into the teens below
  zero Saturday afternoon, but fall back into the 20s to low 30s
  below zero Saturday night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
