...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...

  Black River Near Galesville affecting La Crosse and Trempealeau
  Counties.

.Minor flooding was reported near Galesville, WI. The river is
expected to fall to 6.2 feet Saturday, April 25.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Black River near Galesville.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding mainly impacts wildlands and
  agricultural pasture land. The approaches on both ends of the
  County Road VV bridge over the Black River in Jackson County may
  begin to flood and the bridge gates may be closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 AM CDT Saturday was 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 6.2 feet
    Saturday, April 25.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    12.1 feet on 06/04/2000.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Flooding continues on some area rivers this weekend and into early
next week.

Low temperatures at or below freezing and decreasing winds will
allow for some frost potential tonight into Sunday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Widespread temperatures below 30 degrees and light winds will
create high potential (greater than 80%) for a freeze across the
region.
