Slippery travel is possible for the morning commute. Snow will return region-wide early this evening as a strong clipper system approaches western Wisconsin. The snow could fall heavy at times late this evening through the overnight hours, before diminishing late tonight. Snowfall totals by late tonight of 2 to 7 inches are expected. The heaviest snow is expected over central WI, where snowfall rates could exceed 1" per hour this evening into the overnight hours. The snow will impact the evening commute over central and north-central WI. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Snow will steadily diminish from west to east on Wednesday morning. Travel could remain difficult during the morning in some areas due to the heavier snow that occurs overnight. Wind chills could drop to 10 below to 30 below zero Friday night into Saturday morning, and again Saturday night into Sunday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
