This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Minor to moderate flooding is expected to continue on area rivers,
with major flooding persisting on parts of the Wolf River.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Minor to moderate flooding is expected to continue on area rivers,
with major flooding persisting on parts of the Wolf River through
Tuesday. A prolonged dry period through Thursday will result in
gradually lowering water levels through the week.

There is a chance of thunderstorms Thursday night into Friday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to report any flooding to the National
Weather Service in Green Bay.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...

  Wolf River at New London affecting Waupaca, Winnebago and Outagamie
  Counties.

  Wolf River near Shiocton affecting Waupaca, Shawano and Outagamie
  Counties.

For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London...Major
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
  This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Wolf River at New London.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 12.1 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the railroad
  bridge in New London. Flood waters are spreading into portions of
  North Waters Street and East River Avenue.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 8:30 PM CDT Saturday was 12.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 9.3 feet Saturday,
    April 25.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
