Although an isolated severe storm could develop during the day and early evening, a general lull in thunderstorm activity is expected. Thunderstorms will increase again later this evening and into the overnight hours, with the best potential for severe storms occurring over the northwest half of the forecast area between 11 pm and 4 am. Damaging winds appear to be the primary threat. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday There is a chance of non-severe storms Tuesday morning. There is potential for frost or freeze headlines across mainly northern Wisconsin Tuesday night and Wednesday night. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Areas of fog with patchy dense fog can be expected early this morning. Visibilities will drop to less than a mile in many areas, and locally to 1/4 mile or less.
