This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue into the
overnight hours. Small hail, cloud to ground lightning and
locally heavy rainfall are expected. There is a localized flash
flood threat where thunderstorms move slow.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Tuesday

There is yet another risk of severe thunderstorms from mid
afternoon Wednesday into Wednesday evening. Localized damaging
winds, hail to the size of one inch and cloud to ground lightning
are expected. Additional heavy rain will maintain a flooding risk
across the area. Keep up with the latest forecast updates.

There is a chance for isolated thunderstorms Thursday. Another
round of potentially severe thunderstorms is expected from late
Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

Wisconsin...

  Sheboygan River At Sheboygan affecting Sheboygan County.

Wisconsin...

  Wisconsin River At Portage affecting Columbia County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sheboygan River at Sheboygan.

* WHEN...Until early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, About 3 miles west of Sheboygan Airport,
  Woodland Road between Rio Road and Willow Road is closed. A
  section of Alpine Road near the Sheboygan Airport is closed. There
  is flooding in parts of River Park in Sheboygan Falls and
  Esslingen Park in Sheboygan.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 9.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.1
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage early Thursday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    9.1 feet on 03/26/1962.
