...EXTREME HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 105.

* WHERE...Kenosha, Milwaukee, and Racine Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.

Stay cool, stay hydrated, stay informed.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Hot and humid conditions stick around today with heat indices
between 100 and 105. Heat headlines continue until this evening.

A line of storms will develop over central Wisconsin and move into
southwest and south central Wisconsin during the evening before
weakening. A few strong storms with gusty winds will be possible,
along with locally heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

There are chances for thunderstorms at times Tuesday through
Thursday.
