This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light snow is expected to push across southern Wisconsin this
afternoon and evening, with one to two inches of snow
accumulation expected. In addition, gusty northwest winds later
tonight will bring some blowing and drifting snow.

A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect late tonight for bitter cold
wind chills of 23 to 29 below zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

The Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect until midday Monday
for the bitter cold wind chills. Wind chills will remain in the
teens below zero Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning.

Some blowing and drifting snow may linger into Monday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed, but snowfall reports will
be appreciated.

arctic cold front crosses the region this evening, with gusty
northwest winds arriving behind it late tonight. Areas of blowing
snow are expected late tonight into Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and periods of reduced
  visibility.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO NOON CST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 23 to 29 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
  exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
