  Lawrence OH, Meigs and Vinton, southwest Virginia, including the
  following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson, and West Virginia,
  including the following counties, Barbour, Boone, Braxton, Cabell,
  Calhoun, Clay, Gilmer, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lewis, Lincoln, Logan,
