  overnight through Monday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
  western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
  West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low visibility may impact the Monday morning
  commute.
