through 8 PM MDT this evening...

...Freeze watch for the Wind River Basin, Lander Foothills as
well as for Sweetwater County 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Tuesday...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Critical fire weather conditions due to wind and low relative
humidity are expected for this afternoon through 8 pm this evening
for Southern wyoming.

Freezing temperatures possible across the Wind River Basin and the
lower elevations of Sweetwater County late tonight.

Isolated to widely scattered showers, turning to snow in the
higher elevations over the northern mountains, including
Yellowstone early this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...Freezing temperatures possible across the Wind River
Basin and the lower elevations of Sweetwater County early
Tuesday morning. Elevated to fire weather conditions over
western and central portions.

Wednesday...Elevated to critical fire weather conditions over much
of the forecast area. Red Flag conditions likely over western and
southern portions, including Natrona County.

Thursday through Saturday...Elevated fire weather conditions over
the southwest.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...Spotter activation will not be
needed today and tonight.
