Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Warmer today with partly cloudy skies. Very warm temperatures
return mid-week.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

A prolonged Red Flag event is looking likely this week with near-
record to record breaking temperatures expected across the region.
A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for all areas along and east of
the Laramie Range from 9AM Wednesday through at least 6PM Friday.

...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO
MIDNIGHT MDT TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected.

* WHERE...South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate
  80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to midnight MDT Tuesday Night.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dry conditions along Interstate 80 combined
  with high winds will lead to critical fire conditions throughout
  the afternoon hours Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or
occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58
MPH or stronger can lead to property damage.
