...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM MST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 80 mph returning
  mid morning Wednesday.

* WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills and South Laramie Range.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be a long duration wind event. Wind
  gusts exceeding 60 mph are expected periodically through Friday
  morning. Certain time periods will have the potential for gusts of
  up to 90 mph, but this threat will not be present for the entire
  time period.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or
occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58
MPH or stronger can lead to property damage.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

- The long duration high wind event will continue Thursday with
  winds slowly diminishing Thursday night. More high winds
  possible for the wind prones Friday into Saturday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

- Arctic cold front will brush eastern Wyoming and the northern
  Nebraska Panhandle Friday and Friday night. Much colder
  temperatures and some light snow possible as far west as the
  Interstate 25 corridor into Saturday morning.
