...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Kobuk River at Kobuk.

* WHEN...Until noon AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poorly drained areas.
  The old road is flooded and water levels are near the new road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 945 PM AKDT, the public has reported minor flooding in
    Kobuk. Another wave of rain is expected with 1 to 2 inches
    forecast through Tuesday morning. River levels may rise again
    Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday.

...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 130 PM AKDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The following areas, Central Susitna Valley and Southern
  Susitna Valley.

* WHEN...Until 130 PM AKDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream
  flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1243 PM AKDT, river reports indicate elevated water levels
    in poor drainage areas.
  - Waters have receded blow flood stage on rivers to the east of
    the Parks Highway to the south of the Talkeetna Spur Cutoff,
    but remain elevated along and to the west of the Susitna
    River.

...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM AKDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Kroto Creek and other small streams near Petersville Road
  in the Susitna Valley.

* WHEN...Until 1145 AM AKDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
  impassable. Significant runoff may cause flooding of creeks and
  rivers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1105 AM AKDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding
    from the recent heavy rain. This is occurring from overflow
    of poor drainage areas, especially near Kroto Creek and other
    small streams near and along the Petersville Road. Parts of
    the road may be impassible through Sunday morning. Given the
    magnitude of recent rains, area streams and rivers have been
    slow to drain.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of Western Susitna Valley and Central
    Susitna Valley zones
