...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Winds could gust as high as
  55 mph.

* WHERE...Central Arctic Plains, Central Beaufort Sea Coast, and
  Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility to 1/4 mile or less.

Prepare for possible blizzard conditions. Continue to monitor the
